It is no secret that cute girly braids become a must-have during the summer season. There are thousands of reasons explaining this trend – braids are super easy to make, they look chic, stylish and classy, plus you can wear them with the entire summer wardrobe. They are so summerish.
Braids somehow are often identified with romance and romantic runway looks, but this fashion season has shown that things are different though. Many designers have decided to make a statement and play around with breathtaking braided updos instead of classic loose braids and fishtails.
To be honest, there was no lack of romance and l’amour – the Indian fashion designer Bibhu Mohapatra, fashion brand Ermanno Scervino and fashion giant Giorgio Armani took care for the beautiful and charming braided hairstyles. On the other hand, just like Armani, Jean Paul Gaultier’s hair stylists have pulled together avant-garde updos made of a series of classic braids.
