Oscars 2019 red carpet looks worth seeing

Academy Awards best fashion moments.

One of the most important events in the show business industry, the 91st annual Academy Awards, took place last night LA’s Dolby Theatre. British actress Olivia Coleman won Best Actress Awards, while Rami Malek took his first Oscar for the Best Actor. Lady Gaga didn’t go home empty-handed either, she won an award for Best Original Song.

On the other side, this year’s red carpet was hot – hot pink. Several celebrities opted for this lovely bright colour which appeared in various shades. Brights have become a common theme for these kinds of events (say hello to blue and red!), but so have voluminous, over the top gowns.

On the other side, many ladies showed up wearing quite impressive jewels, not to mention Lady Gaga’s Tiffany & Co yellow stone diamond necklace previously worn by only one person – Audrey Hepburn! The legendary necklace was released from the vault specifically for Lady Gaga and it was worn on the red carpet first time in history.

Take a look at some of the best red carpet looks.
